Jake Fletcher lives in Bruington, King and Queen County, Virginia with his wife and 2 children. He operates M&L Land and Wildlife, LLC, a comprehensive land consulting company focused on wildlife, wetland and forestry conservation. Born and raised in South Georgia on his family’s farm, his roots are embedded deep throughout the South. His passion for the outdoors and fundamentals of land management have given Jake the tools and experience to guide clients through the management decisions needed to maintain and protect the long term investments. These management techniques include herbicide applications, prescribed fires, invasive species elimination, tree planting, pollinator or wildflower creation and marsh and wetland reclamation. Jake has helped clients transform multiple tracts of land into wonderful wildlife utopias. Jake holds numerous licenses and certifications in the land management sector and works with clients to make management decisions with confidence. In land management and conservation, one wrong decision could set you back 10 years or more.
